A project report is a formal document that provides detailed information about the project lifecycle and is used to obtain necessary permissions from the Government Departments, Loans from Banks, approvals for industrial Land etc. It contains project details such as proposed product, production process, process flow diagram, equipment and raw materials, Land, Finance, Statutory, Man Power, Utilities, environmental and other obligations, Marketing scope, economic viability, rate of return, time lines for break-even point and promoters and managerial staff details.

Project Reports

GST registration applies to all individuals and entities supplying goods or services in India. GST registration becomes mandatory if the goods or services supplied interstate or through an e-commerce platform or seasonally or intermittently through a temporary stall or shop or if the aggregate value exceeds Rs.20 lakh. 
Required Documents:  Certificate of Incorporation, Passport size photo of promoter/partner, Photo of Authorized signatory, Letter of Authorization, copy of Resolution passed by BOD/Managing committee, Electricity bill/Legal ownership document/Municipal Khata copy/Property Tax Receipt, The first page of Pass book/Bank Statement/cancelled Cheque.

GST Registration

Sole proprietorship is a type of business that is owned, managed, and controlled by one person - who is the proprietor. As the proprietorship and proprietor are one and the same, it is very easy to start and there are very minimal compliance requirements.
Required Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Crossed cheque/first page of Bank Account pass book/Bank statement, Registered office address proof (Rental Agreement/Sale deed/Property Tax Receipt/Electricity Bill)

Sole Proprietor Registration

A partnership is a legal agreement between two or more persons to share responsibility for a business. Those partners share the ownership and profits, but they also share the work, responsibility, and potential losses.  Services provided for LLC/LLP/LP/GP
Required Documents: Partnership Deed, Address Proof (Sale Deed/Rental Agreement/Utility Bill/NOC from the owner, Identity Proof of all Partners (Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Voter ID/Driving License), Pass Port size photo of all partners, Confirmation letter on Letter Head mentioning the Authorized Signatory for bank and other activities of the firm.

Partnership Firm Registration

A public limited company (PLC) is a type of corporation that sells shares to the public and trades on the stock market. PLCs are governed by the Companies Act of 2013 and are subject to stricter regulations than private limited companies. These regulations include financial reporting, transparency, and shareholder communication. PLCs must also disclose financial information to the public.  To form a PLC, a minimum of seven members are required, minimum three Board of directors, and there is no maximum number of members. The company must also have a minimum paid-up capital of Rs.5 lakhs.
Required Documents:  Memorandam of Association, Articles of Association, Form DIR-12, Identity Proof for Share Holders and Directors, PAN Care details of all shareholders, directors, and members of the company, company office address proof, Land Lord consent Letter, Digital Signature of at least one director.

Public Limited Company Registration

A private limited company (Pvt Ltd) is a business entity that is privately owned and has a limited number of shareholders. The shares of a Pvt Ltd company cannot be traded publicly, and the company cannot issue a prospectus to invite the public to subscribe to its shares. Pvt Ltd companies are often recommended for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) that are family-owned or managed by a few individuals.

Private Limited Company Registration

A one-person company (OPC) is a business structure in India where a single person is both the shareholder and director of a company. This structure allows for streamlined operations and decision-making, and can be appealing to solo business owners who want the benefits of a private limited company without additional shareholders.
Required Documents: Memorandum of Association (MoA), Articles of Association (AoA), The nominee's consent, along with their PAN card and Aadhaar card, must be submitted via Form INC-3, Proof of Registered Office, The proposed director should furnish a declaration in Form INC-9 and their consent in Form DIR-2, A declaration by a qualified professional certifying that all necessary legal compliances have been adhered to.

One Man Company Registration


An Importer -Exporter Code (IEC) is a key business identification number which mandatory for export from India or Import to India. No export or import shall be made by any person without obtaining an IEC unless specifically exempted.
Required Documents: PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport-sized photograph, Certificate of incorporation or partnership deed, proof of establishment, incorporation, or registration of the business entity, Address proof, such as an electricity bill, rent agreement, or property documents, Bank certificate or cancelled cheque copies of current bank accounts, Self-addressed envelope for delivery of IEC certificate by registered post

Import Export License

Declaration by the proprietor / Partner / Director / Competent Persons / Regd. Pharmacist with proof of residential address (Present and Permanent) for proof of residential address – Aadhar Card, Pass Port, Driving License, Voter ID,  Self-attested copy of Registered Pharmacist certificate affixed with latest original photograph and signature of the candidate Declaration of building owner (Photograph of the building owner with self-attestation), self-attested photocopy of the document showing the proof of ownership of the building owner for the premises to be licensed (E.C / any other legal document showing the present ownership. Drug License

A PAN card is mandatory for a company to open bank accounts, file income tax returns, pay taxes, comply with tax regulations and conducting other financial activities. It is also required to pay invoices and receive remittances. Companies should provide their Tax Registration Number (TRN) to whoever is paying them. A TRN can be obtained only when the company has a PAN card.
Individuals above 18 years can apply for a PAN Card using valid ID and address proof
Minors can also apply for PAN card. 
Required Documents : 
1.	A Passport Photo
2.	Identity Proof (Passport/Aadhaar Card/Driving license/Arm's license/Any photo identity card issued by a government body/Pensioner Card with the applicant's photograph.
3.	Address Proof (Electricity bill. Landline bill. Water bill. Bank account statement. Passport.)
4.	Date of Birth Proof (SSC Certificate/Birth Certificate/Company Registration document issued by Registrar of companies.)

PAN Registration

Food Business Operators whose turnover is less than 20 crore rupees will be considered as medium scale industries and will have to go for FSSAI state License.  The FSSAI basic registration is for FBOs who have registered under small-scale industries and startups and have an annual income of less than Rs 12 lakh. The FSSAI Central license is for FBOs which has a large business and the annual income of the industry is more than Rs 20 crore.
Required Documents: Company registration document, Proof of Address (Sale deed/Rental Agreement), Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport size Photo, A letter on the letter head mentioning the authorized person, Electricity Bill/water bill of the working place, Board resolution along with Nominee name.

Food License Registration

A society can be formed by a group of people having a common interest living in the same place with the objects of promoting art, fine art, charity, crafts, religion, sports (excluding games of chance), literature, culture, science, political education, philosophy or diffusion of any knowledge or any public purpose.  Minimum Seven members should form a society.
Required documents:  Memorandum of Society, Rules and Regulations, ID Proof of EC Members, Address proof of EC Members, Passport Size photographs of all EC Members,
Registered lease agreement if office is in rented premises or Declaration if office is in own premises and no rent is collected from Society Citizen.

Society Registration

A trust may be created by every person competent to contract and by or on behalf a minor, with the permission of a principal court of original jurisdiction.  There must be at least two or more persons for forming the trusts. The trust must be formed according to the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. The parties must not be disqualified under any law in force in India. The objectives of the trust must not go against any law in force in India.
Required documents: Trust deed on stamp paper with the required stamp duty. Passport size photo and proof of residence ID. Passport size photo and proof of identity of two trustees
